Talent Likeness License

This is the agreement every talent signs before their photos train an AI likeness on LIKN — the exact versioned text, whose fingerprint is recorded with each signature. Signing happens inside onboarding; this copy is here so anyone can read it first.

Template notice: this agreement is a working draft prepared for product development and has not yet been reviewed by counsel. It must receive legal review before being relied upon in production.

This agreement is between you (the talent signing below) and LIKN. It covers what we may do with the photos you upload and the AI likeness model trained from them, and — just as importantly — what we may not.

1. What you're granting

By signing, you grant LIKN a license to:

  • Train an AI likeness model (a "Soul") from the face and body photos

you upload in this flow. Your photos and the trained model are biometric data, and you are giving explicit consent to this processing.

  • Generate images featuring your likeness with that model — for brand

campaigns you approve, and for platform previews shown to prospective brands (sample frames, your marketplace profile).

  • Display your profile — your name, photos you designate, and sample

generations — to brands browsing the LIKN marketplace.

2. What stays yours

  • Your likeness remains yours. This is a license, not a transfer. You

can end it (section 5).

  • Every commercial use requires your approval. No brand campaign using

your likeness runs without you accepting that specific deal, its rate, and its scope through the platform. Marketplace previews and sample frames are the only generations that don't require per-use approval.

  • Your restrictions are binding. Industries and competitors you exclude

in your profile will not be offered your likeness.

3. What we will not do

  • Sell or sublicense your photos or your trained model to anyone outside a

deal you approved.

  • Use your likeness in political, adult, or deceptive content.
  • Continue generating with your likeness after you revoke consent.

4. Payment

Rates are set on your profile and confirmed per deal. LIKN's platform fee is deducted from each deal's gross as displayed at deal time. Settlement terms are stated on each deal before you accept it.

5. Ending this license

You may revoke this consent at any time from your settings ("Remove my likeness") or by emailing hello@likn.io. On revocation:

  • Generation with your likeness stops immediately and your profile is

delisted.

  • Your training photos and trained model are deleted from our systems and

our processors within 30 days, except material we must keep for deals you already approved (their agreed run continues unless that deal says otherwise) or where the law requires retention.

6. Your assurances

By typing your legal name below you confirm that:

  • You are the person in every photo you upload.
  • You are at least 18 years old, and the date of birth you provided is true.
  • You hold the rights to the photos you upload and to license your likeness,

and no other agreement prevents you from doing so.

Impersonating another person is grounds for immediate removal and may be reported.

7. Processing details

Photos you upload are stored privately and processed by our AI-generation provider (Higgsfield) to train and run your likeness model. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what is collected, the legal basis, retention, and your data rights.
